Suzuki Gixxer 250 or Suzuki GSX-S250 is likely to be introduced in India starting next month at a conference or meeting between dealers. However, this Suzuki flagship motorbike will only be marketed to the public in Q1 2019. The Suzuki Gixxer 250 is certainly a special Indian model and its inspiration is drawn from the designs of the Suzuki GSX-S750 and Haojue DR-300 (upcoming Suzuki GSX S300). However, styling will be an evolution of the existing Gixxer range.
Suzuki Gixxer 250 will be the bare version of the GSX-250R. Even so, the Suzuki Gixxer 250 uses a different engine and is certainly equipped with a series of other interesting features. For the styling cues, he will model several design elements from the GSX-S750 and GSX-S1000.

Recently, the demand for premium entry-level motorcycles began to grow very rapidly, including 250-300cc bikes. For this golden opportunity, Suzuki is considering bringing a 250cc bare bicycle in India. Suzuki GSX-250R gets a 249cc liquid cooled twin-cylinder engine. Unfortunately, the Gixxer may only have 250cc one cylinder fuel. Twin-cylinder motorbikes will be launched at a higher price.
This Suzuki GSX-250 will probably produce somewhere around 20 BHP and 23 Nm peak torque. The numbers will be much lower than the global GSX 250cc specifications. The engine may be paired with a 6-speed gearbox. If we are discussing about the price of Suzuki Gixxer 250, the price of the Suzuki Gixxer 250 will be around Rs 1.3 Lakhs - Rs 1.4 Lakhs. The right price for a 250cc bike and the price makes it more competitive with Yamaha FZ25. And this will certainly face a bit of competition from the Pulsar NS200, Pulsar RS200 and TVS Apache RTR 200 4V.
